Title: Social Marketing Manager Working Location: Shanghai, China Position Overview The Social Marketing Manager will 61 Lead the development of social media strategy & plans on key social platforms to drive brand awareness, affinity and conversion to achieve planned visitation and revenue goals for Club Med. 61 Partnering with cross functional teams and external agency, this role will develop and implement always-on social communication and full year social campaigns. 61 Exhibit strong expertise in social content planning, social campaign planning and project management skills to deliver results. 61 Support other Club Med projects as needed. This position will report to Marketing Communication Director and will be based in Shanghai. Key Responsibilities 61 Develop social media strategy and implementation plan in line with overall brand communication strategy both long term and short term across key social media platforms including WeChat, Redbook, Douyin and Weibo. 61 Lead day to day work of always-on social content and KPI management with social retainer agency, follow through execution, tracking and performance optimization at timely manner. 61 Lead end-to-end social commerce on Douyin and Redbook platforms including always-on content creation, paid media planning and execution, platform IP cooperation etc. through close collaboration with EC team, and drive the sales result. 61 Develop social KOL strategy, manage KOL cooperation with right selection process to ensure both cost-effective cooperation and high-quality KOL content production. 61 Collaborate with campaign communication team to plan campaign landing on social platforms to ensure smooth content connection and execution quality. 61 Social budget management, spend and KPI tracking in a daily basis.
