This role is responsible for supporting BU on commercial reporting, funnel management, business analysis and dealing with operation for Salesforce as the business partner; and driving the channel strategy landing from BP perspectives.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties工作职责和基本职责
1. Support BU on reporting for Sales related activities including Sales Performance, Distributor Performance, Sales Flow Collection & Analysis. Continuous improvement of reporting tools and review processes. 30%
支持业务部门与销售相关的报告需求，包括销售业绩、经销商业绩、耗材流向收集和分析。持续改进报告工具和审查流程
2. Conduct regular funnel analysis and work out improving areas with insights. 25%

3. Act as one point contact for Salesforce issues, plan training to sales team, develop dashboards and be responsible for price maintenance. 15%

4. Assist channel department to conduct annual dealer renewal and authorization. Complete the issuance of the corresponding letter of attorney. 20%

Minimum Requirements任职条件
61 Bachelor’s degree or above
本科学历及以上
61 At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare industry
至少5年医疗领域相关的工作经验
61 In-depth knowledge of SAP and Salesforce, strong competence on working with complexing datasets and performing required data cleaning independently.

61 Good English reading and writing skills.

61 Good command of office software, including strong PPT presentation, data analysis and tackling capability.

61 Channel/Sales operation experience is preferred
