Key responsibilities 主要职责：
1.Perform lab test by co-working with engineer team, TPS team and process team including new feature characterizaiton, repeatability, stability etc.
2.Generate test report logically and systematically and propose improvement plans by discussing with engineering team and ICP prodcut team.
3.Present technical progress to supervisors and customers, collect inputs and make plan to address issues.


Key requirement 资历要求 :
1. MS/PHD with major in Physics, Chemistry, Materials, or related field in Science and Engineering
2. Fresh graduate and experience in equipment company or industry is preferred
3. Logic thinking capability and problem solving skills
4. Highly self-motivated, ownership and accountability, team-work skills and willing to sharing, aggressive and resilient.
