61 Responsible for the execution of merchandise selection, assortment and buying plans. 61 Prepare purchase order, item master, price set up, shipment reception and allocation in the system. 61 Monitor merchandise flow including managing inventory, sales forecast, to maximize the company’s sales and profit targets. 61 Follow up orders, invoice, shipment, payment etc. with vendors and finance team. 61 Stock management processes including allocation, replenishment and consolidation and launch phasing for each season according to the plan. 61 Work on retail price setting, perform market research and competitors’ analysis (bricks and mortar & online) to ensure pricing is aligned for every brand, and to check deliveries status. 61 Maintain good working relationship with vendors for business development. 61 Regularly review and track the sales performance by timely sales reports and analysis. 61 Prepare various kind of sales/merchandise reports for management review; handle and monitor ad hoc reports and projects. 61 Deliver seasonal product training to frontline team to ensure their product knowledge is up to standard. 61 Prepare product display request for seasonal launch and product info for Ecommerce. 61 Collaborate with marketing, VM and retail teams for all product launches, style suggestions, promotions, and PR activities.
61 Degree or High Diploma holder in fashion/textiles or related disciplines. 61 A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in fashion retail with international fashion/luxury brand companies. 61 Strong fashion and market sense with solid high-end fashion retail experience. 61 Experience in a multi-brand environment is an asset. 61 Be a good team player, self-initiative, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadline. 61 Excellent presentation, planning and analytical skills. 61 Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 61 Good computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.. 61 Experience in e-commerce platform operations and website maintenance is preferable.
