Responsibilities GL 83Month-end closing process owner of responsible for internal reporting unit; 83Process the GL module and complete the monthly close process of GL module with an emphasis on the accuracy of data; 83Ensure the production of accurate and timely financial statements and reporting; 83Timely and accurately preparation and submission of group accounts report (cash flow forecast, BS & Margin exposure, P&L analysis etc.); 83Make sure that the transactions are booked in compliance with local and group accounting policies; 83Analyze the accounts related with GL, prepare and document the GL reconciliation reports; 83Prepare monthly bank reconciliations; 83Filing documents to meet the HQ requirements and local hardcopy and softcopy requirements; 83Prepare local statuary reports and annual budget; 83Coordinate and support external auditor for annual audit work; 83Accurately and timely complete the ad-hoc jobs assigned by Finance manager;
Tax 83Monthly/quarterly tax filings; 83Prepare monthly VAT filing, quarterly CIT filing and other tax returns (i.e. surtaxes, stamp duty and other taxes, etc.); 83Prepare CIT annual filing returns; 83TP documentation; 83Coordination with in-charge tax bureau for routine issues and ad-hoc inquiries; 83Coordination with group Tax person and fulfill related requirements timely and correctly; 83Understand operation and business needs, and solve relative tax issues; 83Must get to know the latest new tax regulations, report to Line Manger and take necessary action. 83Other ad-hoc tax related jobs.
FP&A 83Prepare annual plan/monthly/weekly outlook and tracking implement; 83Prepare the analysis of material %, operating expenses, gross margin and operating profit, and input financial insight for management review; 83Prepare cash flow forecast; 83Other ad hoc financial analysis report per requirement; 83Be a business partner with relevant departments, to provide necessary support per requirement;
Oracle Super User 83Collaborate with Consultants and Colleagues to gather and document requirements of GL, Tax and Reporting for new System; 83Analyze and prioritize requirements, design new Finance procedures for GL, Tax and Reporting in new System; 83Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvements of GL, Tax and Reporting ; 83Involved in the whole project implementation as Super User of GL, Tax and Reporting, optimize efficiency and effectiveness module, and collaborate well with related matters; 83Prepare GL, Tax and Reporting related master data; Test modules of GL, Tax and Reporting to make sure the new System meet all requirements; Prepare new system manuals and train relative End Users; 83As the Super User of GL, Tax and Reporting coordinate to solve all related matters after system go-live; 83Other ad-hoc project related jobs.
Requirements: 8310 years finance & accounting experience in Finance, above 3 years FP&A function experience is strongly preferred; 83Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Accountancy; CPA/CMA/ACCA is a plus; 83Solid accounting /tax knowledge, experience with tax compliance work of corporate income tax, VAT and other taxes is a must; 83Familiar with IFRS is a must 83Experience of Oracle Super User is a plus; 83Strong sense of business perspective and finance analysis is preferred; 83Good in English writing and reading, speaking 83Patient, careful and detail thinking; 83Strong Sense of responsibility and dedication; 83Teamwork spirit; 83Skillful at MS software, especially Excel, and knowledge in Oracle is a plus; 83Good time management skill; 83High integrity.
