Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for order planning, warehousing, logistics and other links, planning and control the production, planning, materials and warehousing of the company's products to ensure the achievement of sales targets 负责订单的计划、仓储、物流等环节,对公司产品的生产、计划、物料和仓储进行规划与管控,确保销售目标达成。 2.Continuously optimize the relevant rules and regulations, standards and processes of the production plan, put forward improvement suggestions based on the existing operating rules and standards, conducted production analysis and stock analysis, established a efficiency improvement mechanism for achieving the company's sales targets 持续优化生产计划相关的规章制度、标准和流程,针对现有运行制度和标准提出改进建议,进行生产分析,库存分析,为实现公司的销售目标建立提效机制。 3.Evaluate and coordinate customer orders, rationally arrange main production plan according to customer orders and production capacity, control and supervise production progress, track production implementation, and improve delivery efficiency; Follow up production plan and production order, follow up production progress according to production plan at any time. 对客户订单进行评估和协调,根据客户订单和产能合理安排生产计划,控制与督导生产进度,跟踪生产执行情况,提高交付效率;生产计划和生产订单情况跟进,随时根据生产计划跟进生产的完成进度。 4.Effectively analyze and supervise the production and inventory status, effectively analyze the customer demand base on the sales data of past years to form the internal order demand forecast to meet the production and shipment needs。 有效分析和监管生产与库存备货情况,结合历年销售数据有效分析客户需求形成公司内部的订单需求预测,以满足生产和出货的需求。 5.Based on customer orders and production plans, make delivery plans to improve inventory turnover and delivery efficiency. 结合客户订单情况和生产计划,制定发货计划,提高库存周转率和发货效率。 6.Coordinate with all departments to coordinate and deal with problems affecting production to ensure the final delivery time。 协调各部门进行配合,对影响生产的问题进行协调与处理,保证最终交货期; 7.Balance the problem between urgent customer demand and production capacity, establish master production schedule, optimize resources, and consider the reasonable inventory level for different customer needs。 平衡客户紧急需求与生产能力之间的问题,建立主生产进度计划,优化资源,并考虑为不同的客户需求制定合理库存水平。 Qualification: 1.Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or Purchasing/Supply Chain Management 企业管理、采购/供应链管理专业本科及以上学历。 2.Familiar with production management, production planning, material management, warehouse management and other knowledge, more than 3 years automotive/tire manufacturing industry PMC Experience。 熟悉生产管理、生产计划、物料管理、仓储管理等知识,3年以上汽车/轮胎制造行业PMC 经验; 3.Familiar with the overall operation of PMC department, proficient in writing relevant system and operation documents of PMC department. 熟悉PMC部门整体运作,能熟练编写PMC部相关的制度和运作文件; 4.Strong ability of production scheduling and material control planning; 具有较强的生产调度、物控计划能力; 5.Strong organization, planning, overall planning, communication, coordination skills, sensitive to data, be skilled in data analysis 具有较强的组织、计划、统筹、沟通、协调能力,对数据敏感,擅长数据分析; 6.Able to work under pressure, have team spirit and team management ability; 能承受较强的抗压能力,有团队合作精神,具有团队管理能力; 7.Strong learning ability 具有较强的学习能力。 8.Proficient in ERP system, good at OFFICE, especially EXCEL; 熟练操作ERP系统,擅长OFFICE操作,尤其EXCEL使用熟练; 9. Proficient written English language skills, CET4 or above. 熟练的英语书面表达能力,英语四级或以上 此岗位需要到广州、成都、青岛等工厂出差,每月10天以上。
