Job Summary: The position aims at providing clear Sales Effectiveness Reports at Agency/Trade/Customer level, as well as underlying recommendations to push for commercial KPIs improvement and corrective/preventive actions.
Key Responsibilities: - The Sales Effectiveness Senior Officer is responsible for accurately updating, monitoring, and analyzing commercial effectiveness. Support Sales Effectiveness Manager prepare/follow up reports. Provides sales Effectiveness analysis per client and per service along with recommendations for future improvements and/or corrective actions. - Coordinate with all POL sales teams weekly allocation, forecast, equipment reports to ensure correct input - Responsible to summarize and provide feedbacks to his reporting line on the Sales Effectiveness and adherence KPIs. - Monitor and perform quality checks in CRM (visits, calls, leads, opportunities) - Review and dispatch sales leads as per strategy defined at group level - Review, accept or reject customer qualification exceptions. - Manage territories (Assign BP to territories, partner codes clean up, etc. ) - Update and support target setting and ensures quality of targets from Agency Management / RO/ HO sales & Lines - Train and monitor adoption of Sales team on sales processes and sales tools - Participate in sales projects launched by Agency/RO/HO - Strictly follow CMA CGM Group and local agency compliance rule. - Be responsible for any other assignments as and when requested by the local Company Management or ARO/HO Management.
Required Experience & Skills: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Shipping/Logistics related - 3+ years of professional experience in Shipping domain - Sound record within the industry, with 5+ years’ experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good in English and strong computer skills including data analysis and PowerPoint presentation skills
