Main Responsibilities 主要职责: Develop new business opportunities in China steel IBC rental market and achieve the target. 在中国市场开发IBC租赁管理业务,达到预定盈利目标 Promote and cross-selling for Hoyer China other products when talking or meeting the customer as well. 在与客户沟通或会面时,应积极推介霍冶中国其他业务产品并开展交叉销售。 Identify potential business sales leads and follow up on all sales leads from the fairs/forum/exhibitions, and ensure sales action is taken. 寻找各种潜在销售线索,包括跟进来自展会,论坛等不同渠道的信息,确保销售行为立即开展 To arrange customer on site visit, upload the visit reports/quotation via CRM. 拜访客户并将报价和会议记录按照要求上传客户管理系统 Regular review on own sales performance vs target and goal, timely escalate to line manager for help to achieve the sales budget. 定期回顾自身销售业绩与目标,及时与领导沟通,以帮助实现总体销售目标 Manage accounts receivable within established credit terms and limits under financial policies to ensure prompt payment collection. Foreseeable financial risks should be escalated to senior management without delay when identified. 根据财务政策在账期信用额度内控制应收账款,确保应收账款及时回款。在可预见财务风险前提下需立即时间上报管理层 Collect market information and competitor’s movement. 收集市场与竞争对手信息,把握行业动态
Daily Job日常工作: Collect market information, find and follow potential business. 了解市场信息,挖掘有效需求,并及时跟进 Attend the related industry exhibitions, forums to identify the sales leads, cold call/cold visit is the necessary method for develop the business. 通过参加行业相关的展会,论坛收集客户信息,陌生拜访和电话是日常业务开拓的一种必要方式 Regular visit customers and keep the long-term business relationship. Upload sales activities via CRM 客户日常拜访以与客户保持长期合作关系,及时通过客户管理系统上传日常销售活动 Collecting customer feedback to improve overall performance including pricing, technical support, customer service 收集客户反馈信息,包括但不仅限于价格,技术支持和客户服务,以便提高客户满意度 Responsible for daily sales activities. quotes and negotiate new orders from customers 负责日常销售,报价,还盘,争取获得客户新订单 Other jobs assigned by line manager 上级领导安排的其他工作事项
Requirement 要求: Good knowledge within the chemical industry, raw material, logistics and packing. 对化工行业,原材料,物流和包装有深刻的认知和理解 P&L & operation knowledge 对项目运营和损益有充分认知 Wide scope of knowledge, understand the whole economic situation. 知识面广,了解整体政策和市场环境 College degree or above 本科及以上学历 At least 3 years working experience on sales, chemical industry or Packing industry is prefer 3年以上销售工作经验,化工包装行业优先考虑 Experience within packing including plastic IBC, drums, tanks is prefer 具备化工包装包括但不仅限于塑料IBC,桶装和集装罐经验 Self-motivated and result oriented, capable of working under pressure and willing to travel frequently 自我驱动力强,结果为导向,能在压力下工作并愿意高强度出差 Strong selling/negotiation/communication skills 善于销售,有较强的沟通能力和协调能力 Have team working spirit, good interpersonal skill, proven ability to liaise with colleagues and customers at all level. 具备团队合作精神,能与同事,客户友好相处
