61 Daily responsibilities will include commercial contract drafting and negotiation, provision of general legal and regulatory advice to internal stakeholders, and coordination and management of external counsels in a wide array of subject matters for International’s overseas business.
61 Support the growth of the various merchant wallet/ virtual account products, solutions and services.
61 Keep up-to-date with relevant legal developments and advice management on potential road blocks or implications.
61 Support on other business lines as necessary.

● JD or LLM degree in law.
● A minimum of 6-8 years’ PQE.
● US/UK/Singapore/HK qualified with regional experience and regulatory/compliance knowledge, especially in relation to cross-border remittance, payments, financial services and the relevant licensing laws and regulations in key strategic markets in Asia.
● Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
