Be familiar and close enough to the details of the programs to manage day-to-day issues and to provide strategic directions to the teams 61 Clearly and concisely communicate (both written and verbally) alliance issues and possible resolution to the various internal and partner stakeholders 61 Work closely with legal team to amend and execute agreements as needed 61 Prepare agendas, manage partner meetings, and document the key discussion points and decisions taken at these meetings 61 Develop a deep understanding of contractual elements pertinent to each alliance 61 Oversee all contractual obligations, and be the go-to person internally and for partners on all alliance-related matters 61 Proactively identify potential future issues and develop mitigation plans 61 Identify issues as they arise internally, or as a result of partner interactions, and work with leadership team and other necessary stakeholders to formulate a position/strategy and participate and/or drive the resolution process 61 Prepare for alliance kick-offs, including summarizing key terms and obligations Experience: 61 Bachelor or above. at least 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience. 61 Experience in marketing or other R&D PMO role or alliance, strategic planning. 61 Commercial alliance experience is preferred. 61 2-3 consulting experience preferred.
