职位描述
工作职责:
制定佳通海外市场的商用车胎产品规划,定义产品市场细分,开发并完善商用车胎产品线,满足消费者需求,支持海外商用车胎业务的发展和销售目标的达成,以及公司品牌提升和利润目标的实现。
1. 产品市场需求分析,评估和确认客户对产品的需求,挖掘新产品的市场机会;
2. 制定产品规划,维护产品路线图和产品线的布局方案;
3. 确定新产品开发目标,和研发中心探讨产品开发的技术方案,确保产品满足市场和客户需求;
4. 管理新产品开发项目。与研发中心、工厂及相关部门制定项目实施的时间表,跟踪和协调项目进程,更新产品开发进度,确保产品如期上市;
5. 编写新产品上市所需的宣传推广材料,提取产品的技术要点和销售卖点,指导销售部门推动产品上市;
6. 产品生命周期管理,负责协调新产品的引入和老产品的退市工作;
7. 搜集和维护市场信息,包括竞争品牌的最新产品动向;
8. 产品清单的维护工作
Responsible for the establishment and execution of the TBR Product Plans to support International Sales business objectives and market requirements; The work scopes are:
1. Conduct market requirement analysis, identify and verify customer requirements on product, and develop new product proposal for sales opportunity;
2. Develop, organize and maintain regional and global product plan, product roadmap, and product portfolio;
3. New product development: Cooperate with R&D to develop new product and ensure that the new product compliant with market requirement;
4. Plan the development schedule of new projects, together with R&D and Factory industrialization team to ensure timely launch of the new product. Publish status updates on product under development;
5. New product launch support: Develop product launch plan and product FAB, Highlight selling points and develop product literatures;
6. Product lifecycle management: Work with regional team on Product Phase in & Phase out plan, regularly review and facilitate product consolidation activities to optimize the product lineup structure;
7. Compile product offerings by key competitors;
8. Compile Export TBR Product Supply List.
任职资格:
任职要求:
本科及以上学历,汽车/化工/统计/市场相关专业优先
Bachelor or above
major in Automobile, Chemical, Statistics, Marketing and Economics
2年以上汽车或轮胎行业相关经验,熟悉产品开发流程
2 years experiences in Automotive and Tire industry is preferred.
了解商用车胎市场发展现状,英语熟练,了解轮胎的制造流程,有轮胎基础技术经验优先
Fluent in Verbal and Writing English
Know-how in Project Management (PM).
Basic knowledge about the automobile or tire market in EXPORT and China market.
独立的思考能力、分析能力、组织能力,良好的团队合作和沟通协调能力,熟练的数据分析能力,能有效组织并推动产品项目开发并实施
Willingness to learn, analytical thinking, strong ability to organize and communicate with all level of colleagues and able to handle work stress at ease;
Able to communicate in English language with colleagues from regional office.
