Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly passionate and motivated Product Engineer to join our team in Shanghai, China.
This role is crucial for the Mechanical & electrical design and integration of our hydro containers and air
cool container systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical & Electrical systems,
as well as getting the experience in project and product management.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Integration:
● Mechanical & Electrical design for hydro and air cool modular data center systems.
● Learn about Developing overall product development
● Understand the project lifecycle for System integration.
Project and Product Management:
● Learn about how to Manage product lifecycle from design to deployment.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Supplier Collaboration:
● Expecting Travel occasionally to new supplier factories.
● Learn about how to evaluate supplier factory capabilities, engineering capabilities, and
manufacturing quality.
● Cooperate with supplier engineering teams to develop new products quickly and effectively.
Technical Expertise:
● Understand and translate product requirements into technical specifications.
● Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s a plus).
Experience: Preferred 3+ years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Control Systems design.
Availability: Willingness to be on-call beyond typical work hours.
Skills:
● Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
● Demonstrated experience in overall system integration.
● Strong work ethic and sense of ownership of products and projects.
● Strong problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail.
● Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
● Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
tasks simultaneously.
● Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
