Your key responsibilities * Maintain SHE Master Plan and arrange activities according to the plan. * Update SHE training materials to keep current and conduct SHE training for site people including direct staff, indirect staff, third party and visitors. Be familiar with current SHE related laws, regulations and standards by maintaining government and 3rd party platforms, and communicate to site management. * Coordinate all internal and external audit and follow up the audit findings. * Conduct site SHE inspections on a daily basis, especially focusing on high risk activities stipulated in GB30871-2022. * Plan and organize SHE activities to cultivate robust SHE culture. Support site emergency management system and emergency drills. * Monitor and track incident reporting system according to global requirement. Complete other tasks assigned by SHE manager.
You bring * Education: Chemical or related of Bachelor or above. * Working Experience: More than 2 years’ HSE experience in multi-national company of chemical industry. * Technical & Professional Knowledge: Be familiar with most current SHE related laws and regulations. * English Skill: Fluent in oral and written. * Character: Outgoing, easygoing with good communication skills and team work spirit.
