Main Responsibilities: 1. Support DIPTYQUE flagship store operation of Tmall and Douyin 2. Achieve gross / net sales plans and market share targets for Tmall and Douyin Flagship Store, through creating, selling, executing and communicating annual customer business plans. Judiciously allocate trade funds to achieve profitable sales growth and achieve retail objectives. 3. Guide TP on the flagship store operation improvement plan of Tmall and Douyin including accurate targeting, ROI, CVR, ATV, IPT and etc to drive profitable sales results with no hurt to brand equity and image 4. Effective use of all analytical tools and processes to find business risk and opportunity. - Work with TP about Tmall and Douyin Flagship Store sales plan - Manage contracts, terms and trade budget for TP - Monitor and control customer expenses - Provide category and consumer insights to Tmall and Douyin Flagship Store operation - Develop and provide tools to distributor team for retail execution 5. Work closely with Marketing and Customer Marketing personnel 6. Achieve appropriate levels of account penetration - Train TP and distributor personnel as and when needed - Be the DIPTYQUE face to Tmall and Douyin Flagship Store Requirement: 1. B.S. degree or equivalent experience,3+ years previous experience in an online marketing agency/TP, preferably beauty industry experience 2. Ability to understand brand and industry knowledge, market awareness and strategic business goals to campaign creation 3. Deep knowledge and exposure to digital and marketing 4. Good knowledge of media law and copyright law 5. Excellent Microsoft Office skills 6. Excellent oral and written communication skills;
