Working Scope * Develop IMC campaign plan base on brand strategy, including Big Idea, creative assets, activation roadmap, work with media team for campaign media plan, deliver high quality execution with internal & external partners * Create L2 assets base on product story to highlight product superiority * Co-work with media team on mass media investment plan, execution and performance tracking * Brand performance tracking & analysis, business, BHT and social performance * Celebrity management, selection proposal and maintenance * Support line manager on annual brand plan development * A&P management
Skill & Experience * Diversify IMC campaign experience, IP cooperation, XHS/DY social campaign, Celebrity leverage * Qualified knowledge of mainstream mass media * Excellent & insightful content production skill * Strong strategy thinking & business sense * Multi-task management skill, able to work under stress * Strong leadership & influence power, able to work with internal/external teams * MT background as a plus
