岗位职责:
Objectives:
1. PA6 new business development
61 Lead defined regional projects
61 Support country projects to increase share of wallet from key accounts through qualifications, process optimization
61 Provide technical guidance/assistance to customers for BASF product applications
2. Loopamid project management
61 Lead key raw materials sourcing fulfilling requirements from marketing and production (Textile wastes sourcing, Utilize Tex-tracker, RM quality control)
61 Lead application tests for downstream test (Spinning, fabrication)
61 Support marketing activities for official launch
Job Responsibilities:
1. PA6 new business development
61 Develop processes and procedures in technical aspects to ensure successful product launch and commercialization
61 Collect and analyze field information of customer expectations, unmet needs and verify product design suitability to application and translate for sales & marketing and production team
61 Lead sampling, pilot scheme to gain actual experience in production and link to end-users’ applications to verify product performance
61 Participate as key player in new product launch team working with marketing
61 Maintain an up-to-date product/application knowledge keeping close communication with marketing/production
2. Loopamid project management
61 Act as key member in the global project team leading RM management and down-stream application
61 Complete defined targets (Tex-Trecker, post-consumer sourcing, quality control) for successful launch in time
61 Deputize loopamid leader in case of absence representing CM (Monomers) Asia
61 Support for marketing communication for product launch. Take over specific customers (ODM/brand owners) developing joint-development project
任职要求:
1. Education Background: Preferably Bachelor degree and above, major in Chemical and Chemical Engineering.
2. Work Experiences:
61 Advantage in background of chemical industry or international company.
61 Preferred experiences in new business development or project management
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Advantage in case of IT/IS familiarity and project management
