Key accountabilities: 61Being responsible for the preparation and implementation of the new sales market strategy, which emphasizes the robustness and lasting growth in the different business segments(commercial /marine/E&P/power plant) in coordination with after sales 61Responsible for preparing and analyzing relevant information, reports and analysis to ensure achievements are in line with the budget and strategy. 61Being responsible for exploring potential target market/customers and organizing relevant sales activities and reaching sales budget and objectives 61Being responsible to build lasting strategic relationships with customers including follow- up /maintenance, marketing and customer satisfaction. 61Chase for inquiries, make offer, follow up offers, prepare technical specification, conduct technical agreement meeting perform final commercial negotiation and sign the contract 61Ensure that SC scope of products are on the makers list, bidders list or preferred maker list regarding consulting agencies, shipyards and ship-owners. 61Responsible for supervision, customer management, trade show participation and other customer-related events. 61Being responsible to ensure good coordination between after sales and new sales and attend in regular videoconferences with HQ and the others Sperre Offices. 61Being responsible for the procurement and custom clearance issues of spare parts imported from Norway. 61Being responsible for the management of spare parts sales files, including quotation, sales contract, procurement orders and relevant records 61Being responsible for the cooperation with financial department for the accounts receivables and ensuring the fund security of the company 61Being responsible for the coordination and communication with the logistics company and ensuring timely custom clearance of imported spare parts and timely spare parts delivery to the customers. 61Being responsible for the effective communication with the sales parts supervisor, general manager and headquarter in Norway on the spare parts sales issue in China; 61Confirming with the spare parts supervisor and ensuring the secure inventory of common spare parts in Sperre China 61Reporting to the spare parts supervisor and general manager about the spare parts working progress; 61Responsible to implement and utilize the processes and procedures that are relevant to the company's quality and safety system. This includes prosecuting deviation (HSE / QA) using the company's non-compliance and improvement systems 61Obtain adequate knowledge related to products and BC365 (software for offering). 61Gain maximum profit level in the offer and order communication. 61Completing the other tasks assigned by General Manager.
