Ensure that products meet customer needs, maintain competitiveness, and contribute to the overall success of the brand. - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, supporting brand planning and promotion activities to increase brand awareness and market share. - Support Superior to liaise with distributors to ensure the achievement of sales targets, providing guidance and support as necessary. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement. - Support superior to develop and manage online and offline dealer accounts based on brand needs, expanding the brand's reach and presence in both digital and physical markets. - Support the superior to do competitors research. - Other related assignments from superior.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or above - More than 3 years of relevant working experience, fashion experience will be a plus, executie assistant background will be also ok - Proficient in project management and data analysis - Ability to handle complexity, can work under pressure - Good communication skills - Fluent in English.
