The Production Planning Analyst ensures efficient operations by managing urgent cases and inventory levels, coordinating cross-functionally, ensure the production and resolving operational issues. This role emphasizes weekly production, try run, rework, short shelf life confirm and other urgent case resolving and keep improving the process to reduce urgent case happen. As a key coordinator, the analyst collaborates with teams to streamline workflows and enhance production capabilities.

1. Order Prioritization and Supply Continuity: 61 Conduct bi-daily reviews to identify and prioritize urgent orders. 61 Alert and follow-up to guarantee an uninterrupted supply chain.、 2. Special Production Management: 61 Facilitate the execution of trial runs, rework orders, and other specialized production requests to meet unique customer or market requirements. 3. Cross-Functional Coordination for Order Processing: 61 Serve as the primary point of contact between Quality, MM, and Customer Service departments to ensure readiness for all processed orders. 4. Abnormal Situation Resolution: 61 Proactively work with relevant departments, including risk management and compliance, to resolve any special cases or abnormal situations that may arise. 5. Continuous Improvement: 61 Regularly review the production process to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. 61 Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and management teams to design and implement process changes, leveraging lean manufacturing principles. 6. Automation and Digital Implementation for Production Planning: 61 Drive the implementation of automation and digital tools to optimize production planning processes.
Job Requirements / Qualifications :
61 At least 3 years’ experience in production planning, inventory management, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. 61 Preferred experience with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization. 61 Proficiency with SAP system , preferred proficient with APS system. 61 Solid understanding of automation and digital tools relevant to production planning. 61 Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate across multiple departments. 61 Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to foster cross-functional collaboration. 61 High attention to detail, particularly when identifying and resolving production issues or inefficiencies. 61 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 61 Self-motivated and proactive in identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives forward.
