工作概要 Summary
基于均胜外部供应商开发管理要求，管理外购零件的开发及认可过程，确保外购零件的质量状态符合均胜要求。
Manage the development and release process based on JSS process, to ensure the quality of purchased parts are fulfilling JSS requirement.


主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. 在供应商定点前，与技术及采购共同完成外购件的可行性评估。
Analyze the feasibility of purchased parts with Engineering and Purchasing together prior supplier sourcing decision.
2. 定点后进行外购件APQP跟踪，确保供应商开发进度和质量状态能够完全满足项目要求。
APQP tracking after supplier nomination, to ensure purchased parts development progress and quality status can fulfill project needs.
3. 确保供应商开发过程中质量问题的有效解决。
Ensure the effective quality problem solving during development phase.
4. 外购件PPAP认可
PPAP of purchased components
5. 参与供应商年度审核
Participant of regular audit of suppliers
6. 支持量产后被升级的供应商质量问题
Support problem solving at supplier side of escalated supplier quality issue after SOP
7. 对供应商开发过程的绩效进行评价
Evaluate supplier performance during development phase.
8. 对所负责的零件种类进行知识管理，对开发过程的标准化进行优化。
Knowledge management of responsible commodity and optimize the standardization of their development process.
9. 其他领导交办的任务
Other tasks from line leader.


学历&经验Education & Experience：
1. 大学本科
Bachelor degree
2. 7年以上汽车质量相关工作经验
5+ years quality related automotive experience
3. 5年以上对应产品类别的前期质量管理经验或开发经验
3+ years advanced quality management experience or development experience of responsible commodity
4. 有金属冲压相关产品经验
