Responsibilities: · Lead team to provide all employees in two locations and 33 + sales office the best work environment. · Leading and responsible for the setup and maintenance of the facilities in two locations of Hub and HQ also including thirty-three sales office. The facilities include building, HVAC, electricity and water supply system, wastewater, fire-fighting system and other special facilities, IT infrastructure and all other generally used devices and equipment. · Be responsible for the sales office decoration and maintenance and optimize the efficiency of area. · Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout. · Strongly involved in the new building build up projects and building upgrade related project also including the maintenance projects. · Drive the continuously improvements regarding facility and working environment. · Lead team to provide employee the best work environment. · Responsible for the budget of facility related expenses. · Keep excellent communication with related department and improve the facility service. · Design and introduction of facility related processes. · Drive the change and improvement of the process. · Drive the sustainability and energy saving project.
Requirements: · Bachelor and above. · HVAC background is preferred. · More than 5 years of Facility related work experience in manufacturing company. · Problem Solving/Analysis. · Project Management. · Customer/Client Focus. · Communication Proficiency.
