Job Responsibilities: 1. Purchasing Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives to ensure supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 2. Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms to ensure quality, cost, and delivery timelines meet the company’s requirements. 3. Budget & Cost Control: Manage and oversee the procurement budget, optimize purchasing costs, and ensure purchasing activities align with financial plans. 4. Contract Management: Lead supplier contract negotiations, execution, and management to ensure legal compliance and favorable terms. 5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Supplier, Sales, Finance, Warehouse and other departments to ensure procurement aligns with overall company needs. 6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure stability and sustainability of procurement operations. 7. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and price fluctuations, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in the supply chain. 8. Process Improvement: Continuously improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and ensure compliance with company policies. 9. Team Management: Lead and develop the purchasing team, improving their professional skills and performance.
Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above xin Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade or a related field. 2. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in procurement management, with global procurement or international supply chain experience preferred. 3. Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain management, market dynamics, procurement processes, contract management, and supplier evaluation. 4. Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. 5. Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve high performance. 6. Results-Oriented: Strong cost awareness and results-driven mindset, with the ability to achieve procurement and cost control targets under pressure. 7. Language: Proficient in both English and Chinese, with the ability to handle international supplier relations effectively. 8. Technical Skills: Familiar with ERP systems and procurement management software.
