The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing brand guidelines with detailed execution standard, executing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand position, identity, and assets. The role will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision and mission, and analytical skills to drive brand growth and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

61 Develop and implement strategic brand plans to establish and maintain brand position in the market
61 Define and articulate brand identity, including brand values, personality, and messaging, to resonate with target audiences
61 Oversee the creation and management of brand assets, including logos, taglines, visual elements, and brand guidelines
61 Ensure adherence to brand governance standards across all marketing and communication materials, both internal and external
61 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for brand growth
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product marketing, and sales, to integrate brand strategies into overall business objectives
61 Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, brand equity, and customer perception, and adjust strategies as needed
61 Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for our core brand internally and externally, fostering a culture of brand excellence and innovation
61 Manage the relationship and collaborate with other core brands in the Group to leverage synergies and share resources
61 Lead and inspire team members to foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence in brand management
61 Actively work and support projects but not limited in the JD
Education and/or Experience
教育背景/经验:
61 Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred
61 Proven experience 3 years in brand management or related roles, preferably B to B Experience
61 Strong understanding of branding principles, brand positioning, and brand architecture
61 Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic brand plans that drive business results
61 Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
.61 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
61 Creative thinker with a passion for building compelling brand stories and experiences
