Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate IT projects aimed at modernizing infrastructure across various sites.
- Assess the current IT maturity levels of different sites and develop tailored strategies for improvement.
- Manage the transition of IT ownership for shared sites, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in IT infrastructure management.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and reporting to stakeholders regarding project status and outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies.
- Experience in managing IT transitions and ownership changes, particularly in shared environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
