Responsibilities:

New program planning and following up from NPI to delivery (or mass production)
从新产品导入到交付（或量产）的新项目规划和跟进。
Escalate any delay/abnormal during Program implementation and follow up.
在项目实施过程中上报任何延迟/异常情况并跟进。
Be responsible for the progress management of each program, promote the team to carry out various work, coordinate resources and solve various types of problems in the process of the project.
各项目进度管理，推进团队人员开展各项工作，统筹资源，解决项目过程中各类型问题。
Program analysis and improvement to achieve OTD/Good quality/Cost saving.
项目分析和改进，以达到准时交付/良好的质量/节约成本。
Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.

Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
