Design and execution of experiments - Independent planning and execution of difficult experiments and series of experiments according to the specifications of the objectives and framework conditions by the laboratory manager; - Support the R&D manager and contribute to the new innovation projects; - Collaboration in the transfer of research work to the pilot plant scale in cooperation with the staff of the technical center. Assistance in the construction/conversion of systems in the technical center. - Participation in the transfer of research work to the operating scale in cooperation with the operating personnel. Test evaluation - QM-compliant documentation of the tests carried out and the results. - Collaboration in the characterization of the obtained products and in the initiation of investigations in the analytical and application departments. - Summary and evaluation of the test results. - Participation in the preparation of presentations and presentation of project results in joint discussions (project meetings, FEA meeting, company rounds or similar). Additional Responsibilities - including supervision of trainees and student interns. - Special tasks according to the instructions of the supervisor (security officer person, escape helper person, ,...); - ESHQ support and management for the innovation labs
任职要求: - Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry or Polymer Chemistry, experience on acrylic polymers preferred; - Professional experience (5 years+) in the field of product development or production of polymers desirable - High degree of independence, reliability and resilience even under deadline pressure, a sense of responsibility, flexibility and creativity; - Strong intercultural competence and communication skills as well as team-oriented and cooperative way of working - Related lab equipment operation and good analysis skills are required. - Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; - Willingness to take occasional business trips
