岗位职责：

Design and execution of experiments
61 Independent planning and execution of difficult experiments and series of experiments according to the specifications of the objectives and framework conditions by the laboratory manager;
61 Support the R&D manager and contribute to the new innovation projects;
61 Collaboration in the transfer of research work to the pilot plant scale in cooperation with the staff of the technical center. Assistance in the construction/conversion of systems in the technical center.
61 Participation in the transfer of research work to the operating scale in cooperation with the operating personnel.
Test evaluation
61 QM-compliant documentation of the tests carried out and the results.
61 Collaboration in the characterization of the obtained products and in the initiation of investigations in the analytical and application departments.
61 Summary and evaluation of the test results.
61 Participation in the preparation of presentations and presentation of project results in joint discussions (project meetings, FEA meeting, company rounds or similar).
Additional Responsibilities
61 including supervision of trainees and student interns.
61 Special tasks according to the instructions of the supervisor (security officer person, escape helper person, ,...);
61 ESHQ support and management for the innovation labs
任职要求：
61 Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry or Polymer Chemistry, experience on acrylic polymers preferred;
61 Professional experience (5 years+) in the field of product development or production of polymers desirable
61 High degree of independence, reliability and resilience even under deadline pressure, a sense of responsibility, flexibility and creativity;
61 Strong intercultural competence and communication skills as well as team-oriented and cooperative way of working
61 Related lab equipment operation and good analysis skills are required.
61 Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
61 Willingness to take occasional business trips
