Main Responsibilities: 1.4P management for assigned offers through full lifecycle, co-build future offer roadmap for global business. 2. Build segment strategy, product positioning, price strategy and consistently find the best way to optimize the cost, to maintain stable market price and achieve good margin result. 3. Support new offer promotion and launch to achieve project target. 4. Develop new segments/applications and niche markets to keep MV/LV Switchgear stable growth. 5. Manage/coordinate forecast/logistics/quality issues to keep full alignment with Supply Chain/Quality/Service teams and maintain the satisfaction of partners/customers.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree with Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering etc. 2. More than 5 years working experience in related industry. 3. Familiar with marketing methodology, marketing tools, offer creation process, marketing communication and launching process. 4. Good business sense and acumen. 5. Familiar with power electrical products and applications. 6. Knowledge of strategy and planning. 7. Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills. 8. Good oral and written English skills. 9. Dynamic, self-motivated, results driven, diligent and resolute.
