Key Responsibilities

61 Allocate and balance job workload and responsibility within the team.
61 Provide PMI Logistics policy training to Strategic Partner Factories on annual basis.
61 Evaluate operating performance of 3rd party logistics providers and keep continuous improvement.
61 In charge of China domestic delivery and warehouse management.
61 Negotiate shipping and warehousing terms and pricing.
61 Ocean freight negotiation, review, analysis and renew carrier contracts on annual basis, especially EU Trade Lane.
61 Customs Compliance, including C-TPAT, audit and review, country of origin markings, customs commodity & duty classification and import regulations.
61 Ensure team to closely control on all bookings with forwarders & coordinating international shipments in the accurate and flawless manner. Provide correct shipping documentations for customer’s clearance at the destination. Fulfill system transaction on time.
61 Optimize system utilization. Evaluate operation process and provide improvements with more electronic solutions.

Skills and Experience:

61 Good English in written and oral.
61 Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.
61 Solid word processing and computer database skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
61 Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
61 Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
61 Excellent international trade, import & export, China transportation knowledge.
61 High sense of detail orientation, team accountability and self-principle.
61 Good presentation skill.

Education and Requirements:

61 Bachelor’s degree.
61 Good English in written and oral.
61 Over 5 years of logistics experience in multinational company is preferable.
61 Strong supply chain background is a must.
61 Good command of Oracle system is a plus
