Role & Responsibilities: - Plan and execute repair and maintenance activities across China's stores. - Assist the Facilities Manager with budgeting, forecasting, tendering, planning, and follow-up of store projects and minor works. - Monitor regular repair and maintenance expenditures to ensure they align with the budget. - Manage internal facilities documentation and systems, including Purchase Orders, Goods Received, Service Contracts, etc. - Respond promptly to repair and maintenance requests from stores. - Conduct regular inspections of stores and company facilities to ensure compliance with company standards and security policies. - Coordinate with vendors to provide a broad spectrum of facilities-related services. - Demonstrate strong negotiation skills when dealing with external parties such as vendors and suppliers to secure the best position for the company. - Oversee maintenance work to ensure it meets company standards, government regulations, and environmental, health & safety requirements, and complies with legislation. - Manage electricity consumption and actively contribute to energy-saving strategies. - Support internal and external departments with updates on the allocation of store fixtures and hardware. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. - Occasional business travel is required.
Qualifications: - Bachelor degree - At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management or a related field. - Proven ability to manage budgets and financial planning. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. - Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
