The primary purpose of this position is to develop APAC DTC & Ecom merchandising strategies in order to achieve financial plans of the Brand.
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
61 Development and execution of buying, promotion & allocation strategies across for all categories for Greater China DTC & ECOM channels, that tie back to financial goals for the regions. Work with designing team to leverage all product opportunities as well. 61 Initiate and generate business analysis to track selling, identify key trends and maximize opportunities in the assortment in order to achieve continued growth and profitability for the Retail business. 61 Develop and execute seasonal MD plans/Ecom major campaign plans in line with global merchandising strategies and local demand. 61 61 Manage initial allocation, replenishment, and rebalances to maximize inventory efficiency and minimize overstock, with the considerations of store clusters with different weather conditions or customer profiles. 61 Responsible for communicating merchandising strategies and status of business to all commercial partners to ensure proper execution of strategies and that goals are being met/surpassed in a timely manner. 61 Provide seasonal product training support to commercial teams. 61 Support management and global merchandising team to dynamically optimize product pricing strategies. 61 Collaborate with commercial teams to optimize full life cycle ST%.
Requirements:
61 At least 5-7 years’ merchandising experience in fashion retail industry, including at leat 2-3 years in buying & planning 61 Familiar with different categories is preferred (full price & outlets), especially Ready to Wear 61 Strong Creative and Fashion Sense 61 Strong analytical and presentation skills 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 61 Open-mindedness, good team player 61 Computer literacy (include Windows, Word processing, Excel, Power Point). 61 Fluent in Mandarin and English
