Day to Day Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing the thin film coating operations at our CMs.
Identify and develop best-in-class capability at CMs that aligns with the product roadmap.
Serve as the technical transfer receiver for coating technology in Ops team.
Support the business team in supplier onboarding on technical assessment.
Production support, process improvement and equipment troubleshooting for MP yield improvement at CMs.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in coating technology, document the best-in-class experience.
Train and mentor CMs team, providing guidance on best practices.
Conduct regular inspections and audits at CMs.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor and /or above
Major in Engineering or Science, preferably chemical, mechanical, or material
Experience of thin film coating

Required Skills:
Demonstrated proven experience in thin film coating processes.
Strong knowledge of coating materials, techniques, and equipment.
Proficient in using measurement and tools to analyze coating performance.
Demonstrated logistical thinking and good problem-solving skills.
Familiar with manufacturing environment and process control.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Good written and oral English.

Desired Skills:
Project management, including new project delivering, improvement projects.
Data analysis, using Minitab, Python, or other tools.
