Main task scope: 1. Elevate system operations and management: a. As super user in region, connecting between global and region, coordinating and training sub-administrator in region etc. b. pull out training reports/records (e.g. per course/person etc.) c. assign defined courses to target audience group (company-wide trainings like new orientation training, Compliance etc.) d. collect and upload offline training records into the system. e. Tie up e-learning courses (Linkedin learning) into learning pathways. f. Give Elevate operation introduction training to new hires. g. Record e-learning courses and upload into Elevate as e-learning resource. Etc. 2. Support and management for 6-months advanced English training program: a. As internal supporter, co-working with external training vendor to execute the program. b. Coordinate the offline English activities like English club. c. Closely track and follow up the learning progress of all participants, capturing anyone who is much behind and taking actions. 3. Coordinate and organize several people development job skillsets trainings. 4. Support and administrate the annual award program like: data collection, reminders, quality check, integrating materials etc. 5. Other L&D administration tasks assigned by line manager. Qualifications: 1. Under graduate student 2. CET6+ & Fluent English-speaking. 3. Good communication 4. well organized thinking pattern 5. Result-oriented & Be proactive
