WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR As the Brand Operations Specialist II, you will be part of various planning and executional processes and so we seek a professional who is highly organised, efficient, results driven and eager to become an operational expert across marketing processes. You will have the ability and initiation to work with non-routine information and develop recommendations for different operation services. You will have skills to develop and manage operational initiatives to deliver results. Problem solving skills are essential to implement solutions with the ability to foresee most future implications, as is having the required skills to understand complex work with details.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Daily Operations: Be responsible for creating systems, processes and tools that positively impact productivity, profitability, accountability, and the service of the greater marketing organization. Drive the digitisation of existing and new processes, simplifying and clarifying along the way.
Shared Service: Lead Brand Operation Including PO/GR Applying + Quotation documenting. Work together with Finance team & Nike Shared Service team/ other function’s counterparts for financial recording/contract applying and other brand operation items. Together with functions, drive the Jordan Marketing payment process and support on the monthly budget/cost submission.
Product: Lead the product management, including product ordering & inventory tracking and process development (e.g. seasonal product information collecting & consolidation include ETA, seeding, embargo date, launch date, etc.) + Jordan Product Storage Management. Co-work with Fop Brand and Nike Shared Service team to drive and manage the comp product ordering process and seasonal operation code gates. Continually identify ways to optimize processes and ways of working.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor Degree with 3+ years’ experience in a complex marketing environment Proven ability for detail and result driven work. Strategic and analytical mindset: Innovative problem-solving ability, leveraging multiple sources of input. Process rigor: Developed skills in project management & operations, plus general skills across finance, data/analytics and ability to drive work to with end-to-end impact.
