Responsibilities:
61 Responsible for products development following APQP process for OEM projects and internal projects.
61 Responsible for understanding of responsible OEMs and customers technical requirements, engineering statements and customer specific requirement etc. and guide the internal development.
61 Responsible for implementing and reviewing MTR at different phases, supporting design improving then validate the sample production processes under mass production feasibility analyzed.
61 Responsible for product development process documents release and following to close each article development. Such as all SPOs needed for responsible samples.
61 Responsible for communicating with internal and external customers on technical requests or issues.
61 Responsible for the technical data handed over to production, after trial run with support of launch.
61 Continuously come with suggestions of ratio, cost and quality wise, concerning new articles and articles in production.
61 Weekly technical status report to engineering manager.
61 Other tasks assigned by the line manager

REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Necessary:
Textile engineering degree or more than 3 years’ experience in similar function.
Knowledge in FMEA.
Analytical capacity.
Problem solving capacity .
Good knowledge of English.
Team spirit.
Preferred:
Knowledge in PPAP
Knowledge in APQP
Knowledge in Standard ISO 14 001 and OHSAS 18 001
