1. Create program development schedule, set up cross function project team, create and following program open issues.
根据项目要求制定项目整体进度计划、组建跨职能的项目同步开发小组、建立和跟踪项目问题清单，并对采取的措施和结果进行评估审核。
2. Arrange project team meeting with team members，distribute project tasks to team members, record meeting minutes.
负责对项目小组成员与项目相关的工作的安排，组织和召开项目小组会议并作好会议纪要
3. Responsible for following customer order internally, issue internal production orders and follow till samples been ship to customer successfully.
负责客户订单的跟踪，内部发行生产订单并跟踪至样件成功交付至客户端
4. Update project open issues, develop timing schedule as well as other project do. in regularly base, and keep update in project share folder.
定期更新项目的问题清单、进度计划，并维护项目文件夹的信息/文件更新
5. During project development, work as customer representative to get and transfer customer demand to team
在项目中作为客户代表，了解客户的需求信息，负责获取客户对项目的要求并向项目小组提出相应的要求；
6. Support control project and product cost
支持开发过程中产品成本和项目费用控制
7. Responsible for ECR (customer / internal) review, feedback, cost update and tracking the implement
负责项目工程更改的接收、组织评审、反馈、价格更新及工厂实施跟踪
8. Identify risks during project development, and take effective actions to prevent risks, to make sure issues been solved quickly and effectively.
识别项目开发过程中的各种风险， 并采取有效措施去预防，确保问题及时、有效的解决

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
本科以上学历, 学士学位，四年制学院或大学
with 3-5 years related experience and/or training
有3-5年相关工作经验和/或培训;
Previous experience in automotive a plus, especially seat related parts.
有汽车行业工作背景，尤其是座椅相关零件
Strong leadership and communication skills.
较强的领导能力和沟通技巧
Good at MS Project, word, excel, powerpoint.
擅长于使用相关的Office软件，如MS Project项目软件，文本，excel和PPT
