Responsibility
61 Understand product design, manufacturing process and quality control points, provide technical support to production team.
61 Handle red light, work closely with cross function team to solve manufacturing problems related process, material and equipment.
61 Continuously improve productivity and quality with lean and six sigma methodology.
61 Work with supplier to develop and implement automation and IioT solutions, drive factory towards Industrial 4.0.
61 Other assignment by the company

Requirements
61 Bachelor's degree or above in an Engineering discipline or a combination of related experience education is required
61 Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical manufacturing industry or equivalent experience
61 Familiar with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools
61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
61 Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
61 Self-motivated, capable to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
61 Fluent in both Oral and Written English
