Objectives of the Position As an Officer in the Business Process Management (BPM), you are responsible for supporting the accounts with defined commercial support tasks from pricing and preparation of customer accounts to management of customer accounts
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities - Execute commercial support tasks in daily work, including but not limited to offer price calculation and documentation, customer offer preparation, invoicing (CPU and / or kg business), credit & debit notes, customer master data maintenance, customer contract management review and clearance of overdue (credit and AR management) - Ensure the proper execution of adherence to defined processes in day-to-day work - Act as a central contact and window person for assigned accounts / account cluster - Ensure proper documentation for backup, process compliance and auditing (e.g. price approval documentation, contract review) - Perform basic business and profitability analysis for account teams - Provide backup support for other team members and accounts - Identify and drive process optimization initiatives
Job Requirements - Education: Degree in business administration or equivalent - Working Experience: At least 1 year relevant working experience in the area of customer handling and/or marketing and sales, preferably in the Chemical industry. - Technical and Professional Knowledge: Experience in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and SAP, ideally first experiences with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps or Power Automate 61Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Chinese, English would be beneficial), customer orientation, analytical skills, and a structured way of working
