About the Role:
Provide regulatory support to ensure local and imported Finish Goods compliance. Leading for regulatory compliance conducting and regulation solution contribution. Coordinate with site QA, commercial team and RDA for food service business support.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Ensure local and imported products regulatory compliance to support China Food Service business, e.g. food additives, seasoning, Syrup, beverage and Non-dairy cream products etc.
61 Conduct FG label compliance with cross functions according to company procedure when new product launch.
61 Provide professional response to customers’ regulatory inquiries. Including on documents preparing for customers, like specifications, customer questionnaires, statements.
61 Maintain and assure the integrity and accuracy of database, close monitor and track the new regulation at. both local and international level in varied areas, e.g. food labelling, nutrition, health claim, importation & exportation, product registration etc.
61 Facilitate the promotion and protection of company IP.
61 Delivery essential pre-analysis from regulatory point to R&D& MKT when innovation project commences.
61 Interpreting standard and regulation to sustain site manufacturing Quality, Operation etc., e.g. New production license or new enterprise standard petition.
61 Extract the regulation new revision (or revision trend) and critical impact on products and compile to deliverable technical data [e.g. newsletter, training presentation etc.]to various internal departments.
61 Other assigned works by line manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
61 At least Bachelor’s degree in food science or related subjects
61 Familiar with China food safety law, China food related regulations and standards
61 Prefer 2-5 years of working experiences in food industry and having knowledge of regulatory affairs or quality control
61 Logical thinking and critical analysis abilities
61 Good at written and oral English
