Achieve the developer's strategic signing target, improve the KA channel customer follow-up management, standardize the regional distribution system. Optimize the plan of strategic bidding product classification, to enhance the number of faucet/hardware/smart toilet projects and strategic signing in Trade Sales channels Main Position Tasks : 1.Project Key Accounts/top developer contracts (both ceramic and taps) - Renew current contracts/win new strategic contracts - Key develop contracts regional allocation and follow ups - Management and balance of the overall strategic contract offerings (product/price among different top developers) 2. Project opportunities tracking by region/by top developers/Hotel groups 3. Project process management - Project registration, tracking status, authorization - Project pipeline management and winning ratio tracking and why - KA/region/distributor performance tracking and analysis - Distributor conversion capability and service performance rating 4. Task Project sales strategy:Our Resources & Coverage vs Opportunities by region/by top developers/Hotel groups Required Qualification: Education : Bachelor graduated or above with business development knowledge and general marketing/sales concept. Type and length of necessary job experience : 1. At least 5 – 8 years’ experience in project & channel sales, distributors management and market development, preferably gained from Sanitary or durable consumer products industries; 2. A competent sales mgr with good track record; 3. Good at PC operator; 4. Comfortable on frequent business travels across China. 5. Proficient in English and Mandarin
