OPERATION & EXECUTION 1.Product planning: Develop product plan according to company sales target and Ensure that the product structure and product sales are reasonable. 2.Responsible for OTB, buying, budget allocation and merchandise selection. 3.E-store Product operation, including Tmall/Wechat/Tiktok Potential Market. 4.Data analysis: With strong data analysis ability, able to skillfully conduct purchase, sales and inventory analysis, early warning and strategic suggestions on the structure of goods, unsalable funds. 5.Product information (such as pictures, descriptions, prices, inventory, etc.) maintenance and management. COMMUNICATION 1.E-store Product operation, including Tmall/Wechat/Tiktok Potential Market. 2.Well understand of merchandising working process. 3.Work closely with the product team, 4.Commodity stock management, communication with warehouse and TP, daily stock transfer and management. 任职要求: QUALIFICATIONS 1.Familiarity with China online retail operation, particularly Tmall. 2.At least 3-5 years of merchandising experience working in fashion house. 3.Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel & PPT 4.Logic thinking and project management skills 5.Presenting skills & Problem Solving 6.Fluent in spoken and written English.
