ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 管理和优化现有整个厂房、仓库、办公区的整体布局、流程、并提出建设性优化方案来符合公司战略。 审阅工厂各个项目产线现有布局、将来布局和工厂长远战略发展的计划用地的契合性。 在整体布局的基础上，管理及协调本部门各专业工程设施工程师出支持方案，确保能够支撑公司长期发展战略的用电、用气、用水及将来的扩展的10K或者100K洁净房的基础设施配置 总览本公司的基础设施情况，带领团队关注节能减排领域的机会，以达成公司总部及政府节能减排及环保要求 日常带领、监督团队及供应商完成基础设施的维保、改善、革新，以保证工厂的正常运营不受影响。 日常督促团队审核总部给出的节能目标，改善目标、创新目标的完成率，提交精益改善项目。 必须理解工厂EHS规范，并在日常规划及项目中严格贯彻工厂EHS的全部规范，保证工厂运营安全 Manage and optimize the overall plant layout and whole process of the production line, warehouse and office area, raise up optimized proposal to align with the company LTP (long term plan) and develop strategy. Review the current layout and future layout of each work-cell layout drawing to fulfill the requirement of the factory long-term development strategy. On the basis of the overall layout, manage and coordinate the internal professional facility engineers in the department to produce support plans to ensure the infrastructure utilities such as electric, compressed air, DI water etc. and future expansion of 10K or 100K clean rooms that can support the company's long-term development strategy Take an overview of the company's infrastructure/utilities and lead the team to focus on energy saving and emission reduction opportunities to meet the energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection requirements of the company headquarters and the government Lead and supervise the team and suppliers to complete the building & utilities maintenance，improvement and innovation to ensure no impact of the factory normal operation Work with internal facility team to review the KPI of energy saving targets, improvement targets and innovation targets assigned by the headquarters, and submit improvement or lean projects. Must understand the plant EHS cultural, and strictly meet EHS requirement and regulation within daily operations and projects implement to ensure the safety of factory operation KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS 熟悉工厂整体布局、整体流程、工程设施的配备（例如空压机、空调系统、工艺冷却水、冷却塔、真空系统、电力系统,纯水系统等配置） 对工厂端设施设备、工艺、维修和维护保养方面较熟悉并具有能提供改进意见的知识储备 AutoCAD技能为必备，能够制作各种layout方案及审阅供应商施工图纸。 PPT技能为必备，需对各个方案的优劣做出评估并呈现，以便管理层做出决策。 懂精益生产方面知识尤佳 有类似于工厂端楼宇控制系统相关经验尤佳 懂洁净房方面规划及相关基础配置者尤佳 Familiar with plant layout, the overall process, the utilities of facilities (such as air compressor, air conditioning system (HVAC), process cooling water, cooling tower, vacuum system, power system, DI water system etc.) Knowledge of plant utilities, process, repair and maintenance, can provide improvement plan or proposal for renovation AutoCAD skills are necessary, able to make layout proposal and review and understand construction drawings from vendor. PPT(PowerPoint) skills are also necessary, and the advantage and disadvantage of each proposal need to be evaluated and presented and convince management to make decisions. Knowledge of LEAN is a plus.
