Responsibility: 61 Overall responsibility for the Controlling Function 61 Leading all Commercial Controlling aspects for GC while understanding and cooperating closely with the Operations part 61 Provide high level of transparency for leadership to guide decision making 61 Understand the business models and processes throughout the GC organization and Draeger Divisional set up as well as the data forming and allocations 61 Facilitate the strategic planning and forecasting: budgeting, financial processes including timeline, communication, target setting, consolidation, and presentation. 61 Strong focus on developing cost saving opportunities through in-depth knowledge of systems (e.g. SAP), products, strategic and operational KPI 61 Strong compliance awareness and understand implications of process deviations 61 Manage & monitor monthly closing, prepare monthly management performance reporting package & other performance reports 61 Development and maintenance of digital reporting tools to support in the analysis of inventory and future demand 61 Manage reports including auditor and financial analyst reports; profit and loss statements and balance sheets; and regulatory reports and filings. 61 Build strong relationship with key budget stakeholders, work with partners to formulate course correction initiatives as required to ensure delivery of the Annual Budget 61 Ad- hoc reports
Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in financial accounting, Management Accounting or related field, CPA preferred 61 5+ years of relevant experience with FP&A or commercial finance experience preferred 61 Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish sound working relationships with all levels of organization 61 Good English level oral and written 61 Strong logical, analytical & statistical skills 61 Proactive self-starter with the ability to handle complex information on routine basis and drive result 61 Quick learner, sensitive on data, strong analytical skills, and financial system experience 61 Good understanding of business process with excellent financial and analytical skills, data management. 61 A strong team player and an independent worker, able to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment 61 Good sense of all finance management modules, especially FP&A areas; 61 Professional level MS office, SAP
