. What are your main tasks and activities:
61 Director ICT ERP who will be responsible for ERP operations and ensuring that the ERP system meets the business needs with Inalfa global and regions, as well as design, align and realize ERP standard templates Globally. The role requires a strongly ERP architecture and technical knowledge (InforLN ERP is preferred) and strong leadership capabilities to manage teams and projects effectively.
o Communicate and inspire Global business stakeholders to understand and address global business demands with regards to ERP architecture or solution. And according to this, lead ERP architecture or solution initiative and kick-off.
o Lead and inspire Global ERP team and 3rd party partners to deliver successful ERP rollouts worldwide according to aligned architecture and solution within set timelines and budget.
o Develop and implement strategic global ERP rollout plans aligned with organizational goals to drive success in Inalfa all regions.
o Ensure efficient ERP day-to-day operations, maintaining consistency and adherence to company policies across all regions.
o Guide Global ERP team staff, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance.
o In charge of budget management and spending control related to global ERP projects and identify cost-saving opportunities.
What do we expect from you?
o Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
o 10+ years’ experience in ERP management, having successful Global 'end to end' ERP project experience.
o Having experience on Infor LN ERP is strongly preferred.
o Good understanding of ERP modules (Inbound and outbound logistics, Finance and costing, Production, Sales, Purchase, etc.) as well as the integration with other application systems (e.g. WMS, MES, SRM etc.)
o Willing to travel over one month and frequently.
o Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multi-site teams, multi-culture teams.
o Having Automotive industry experience is preferred.
61 Skills:
o Proficiency in business processes, ERP solution design and key elements of ERP architectures.
o Global IT management leadership skills are preferred.
o Professional project management skills for full cycle of ERP implementation/rollout.
o Very good Chinese and English communication, analytical and presentation skills.
o Good vendor management skills.
