主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. 预算管控:薪资福利预算使用情况预测、分析、管控、建议; Budget control: forecast, analyze, control and suggest the use of salary and welfare budget; 2. 薪资发放:负责公司全体员工的薪资、奖金的核算与发放; Salary payment: responsible for the accounting and payment of salaries and bonuses for all employees of the company; 3. 人工成本分析:负责公司全体员工人工成本核算,完成人工成本与销售预算进行对比分析; Labor cost analysis: responsible for the labor cost accounting of all employees, and completed the comparative analysis of labor cost and sales budget; 4. 劳动关系程序管理:负责公司员工劳动合同签订工作,负责公司正式员工离职手续办理工作; Labor relations procedure management: responsible for the signing of labor contracts for employees and the resignation procedures for regular employees; 5. 薪资福利申报:社会保险、住房公积金、个人所得税、残疾人保障金等申报事项的管理; Salary and welfare declaration: social insurance, housing provident fund, individual income tax, security fund for the disabled and other declaration management; 6. 完成领导分配的其他相关工作; Complete other related work assigned by leaders; 学历&经验Education & Experience: 1. 本科以上学历At least bachelor degree or above 2. 3年以上中型制造业薪资福利管理经验 At least 3 years experience in C&B management in medium size manufacturing industry
技能Skills: 1. 熟练使用office办公软件 Good command of office software 2. 熟悉人力资源法律法规Familiar with HR laws and regulations 3. 具备逻辑思维、数据分析能力 Capable of logical thinking and data analysis 4. 基本的英语读写能力 Read and write basic English
