Job requirements: 1. Ph.D. in immunology, Cell biology or other related scientific discipline and extensive experience in related areas. 2. Strong background and experience in immunology and/or immune-oncology with strong publication record. Experience in function analysis of immune cells (T cell, NK cell and myeloid cells) and immune cell biology is highly desirable. 3. Familiar with the R&D process in the biopharmaceutical industry. 4. 3+ years of experience of running and/or overseeing in vitro studies of immunology/immune-oncology projects. Able to troubleshoot independently. Constantly seeking opportunities to improve. 5. Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiating and collaboration skills together with evidence of having used theses to support problem solving and delivery in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. 6. Proficiency in English. Job Responsibilities: 1. Able to pitch new targets in the field of oncology, immunology, and related fields. 2. Lead cross-functional teams to advance project to defined milestone within a preset timeline. 3. Directly responsible for designing, conducting and trouble-shooting protein- and cell-based in vitro functional assays to meet project’s need. 4. Actively participate in team work and be willing to learn and help others. 5. Train and guide junior scientist. 6. Comply with company compliance requirements.
