Major Responsibilities:
1. 按照香港DSE学科考试大纲制定教学计划完成教学任务；
Develop teaching plans in accordance with the Hong Kong DSE subject examination syllabus to complete teaching tasks
2. 执行学校分配的教学任务，搭建DSE教师团队，负责高中各年级DSE科目的管理工作；
Execute the teaching tasks assigned by the school, build a DSE teachers team, and be responsible for the management of DSE subjects in various grades of high school;
3. 遵照集团和学校的教育发展规划，积极参与优化教学方案、课程研发、教研活动等工作；
Actively participate in optimizing teaching programs, curriculum development, teaching research activities, and other work in accordance with the education development plans of the Foundation and the School;
4. 参与课程规划、资源开发、单元计划、工作计划和学科领域教学策略的制定；
Participate in the development of curriculum planning, resource development, unit planning, work planning, and teaching strategies in the subject area;
5. 积极与学生和家长沟通，切实关怀、辅导学生提高学习成绩，巩固教学成果、营造良好的学习氛围；
Actively communicate with students and parents, care for and guide students to improve their academic performance, consolidate teaching achievements, and create a good learning atmosphere;
6. 配合校区开展教学行政事务、学生纪律、事故防范等管理工作；
Cooperate with the school to carry out teaching administrative affairs, student discipline, accident prevention, and other management work;
7. 确保DSE课程与校内其他课程（如IGCSE、A-Level等）的协调与整合。
Ensure the coordination and integration of the DSE curriculum with other courses offered in the school (such as IGCSE, A-Level, etc.).
8. 为学生提供DSE选修科目的咨询，帮助他们做出明智的选择。
Provide counselling for students regarding DSE elective subjects to help them make informed choices.
9. 负责考前准备，包括考试安排、模拟考试及材料准备。
Responsible for pre-exam preparations, including exam scheduling, mock exams, and material preparation.
10. 协调DSE考试和大学申请；
Coordinate DSE exams and university application
11. 分析考试成绩，评估课程效果并提出改进建议。
Analyse exam results, evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, and propose improvement suggestions.
12. 协助校区开展DSE课程市场推广和招生宣传活动；配合跨校区DSE统筹的相关工作
Collaborate on related work for cross-school DSE coordination. Assist the school in promoting and publicizing the DSE curriculum in the market and enrollment activities;
Requirements and Qualifications:
1. 学士硕士或以上学历，有5年以上任教经验以及教学管理经验；有丰富教学和管理经验者可以放宽条件至本科；
Bachelor’s or Master's degree or above, with more than 5 years of teaching experience and teaching management experience; those with rich teaching and management experience may relax the requirements to a bachelor's degree；
2. 有香港高中DSE教学经验者优先；
Priority given to those with DSE teaching experience in Hong Kong high school;
3. 持有国家认可的教师资格证书；
Hold a nationally recognized teacher qualification certificate;
4. 英语流利，可做工作语言；
Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language;
5. 有沟通意识、语言表达能力强，具有高度责任心及亲和力；
Strong communication skills, language expression ability, high sense of responsibility and affinity;
6. 具有良好的职业道德和进取精神，热爱教育行业，有亲和力，擅于与学生和家长沟通;
Possess good professional ethics and enterprising spirit, love the education industry, have affinity, and good at communicating with students and parents
7. 认同耀中耀华的使命与价值观，并在其中积极努力地工作。
Identify with Yew Chung and Yew Wah's mission and values, and actively work towards them.
注：1) 经验较少的人士将被考虑担任 DSE 教师和/或具有额外行政工作范围的 DSE 教师 2) 欢迎退休DSE教师申请
Note: 1) those with lesser experience will be considered for the role of DSE teachers and/or DSE teacher with additional administrative job scope 2) retired DSE teachers are welcome to apply
报酬将与相关经验相称，如果目前位于上海和/或广州以外，将提供搬迁协助
Remuneration will commensurate with relevant experience and assistance for relocation will be provided if currently located outside of Shanghai
