Responsibilities: 61 Active cooperation in the international SQM-team of Rheinmetall / Motorservice 61 Follow the MS global procedure to conduct potential supplier audit 61 Conduct process audit as planned and follow up all the corrective actions for the open issues till closeout with supportive evidence 61 Strong analytical skills required to root cause and close quality issues related to engine product 61 On site monitor and support critical quality issues from suppliers 61 Monitor & Improve supplier’s quality performance through internal / external customer complain analysis, customer return analysis 61 Coordinate non-conforming materials be returned to vendor due to poor quality and have the appropriate documentation that describes the reasons for return 61 Support claim management of Motor service with development of optimized process to guarantee quick feedback to customer, cost recovery to supplier and implementation of corrective action at supplier 61 Supporting to analyze and provide report to customer for warranty parts to help customer handle his own customer facing the issue 61 Domestic and regional travel is required 61 May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager. Requirement: 1. Be able to use office software, SAP is preferred. 2. English Skill is required. 3. Quality standard knowledge, ISO9001/IATF16949, VDA6.3(advance), etc. 4. Familiar with Quality tools, IATF5 tools(basic),8d methodology(advance), Change management, etc. 5. Environmental substances management, like RoHS, REAH, etc. 6. Be able to read English drawing is required. Familiar with general measurement devices such as caliper. 7. Automotive repair/maintenance preferred (worked at 4S or related training/education). 8. Good understanding of different processes regarding production, assembly etc., SMT/PCBA, engine parts related experience would be perfect. 9.Strong organizational skill, communication and coordination ability; Sense of responsibility, pay attention to details. 10. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, electronic, or Automotive Engineering 11. Willing to travel.
