This role will also support Workforce Administration (WFA) event planning, implementation and delivery for APAC. Accountabilities 61Identify and deliver E2E solutions to HR, employees and people leaders in APAC region 61Support employee lifecycle activities including pre-onboarding, onboarding, transfer, separation, etc. 61Responsible for the data management through Enabling Technology (incl. Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) 61Manage vendors with limited supervisory 61Regional SME roles who is a go-to person for junior team members 61Initiate Knowledge Base and Case Management content updates for Workforce Administration (WFA) 61Additional Competencies: 61Highly skilled in effectively interacting with and supporting all levels of employees 61Able to operate effectively and proactively with an employee-experience and end-to-end mindset 61Able to use appropriate judgment in escalation or when to involve other resources in decision making or processing Required Qualifications 61Minimum of 3 years of human resources or relevant experience 61Highly skilled in effectively interacting with and supporting all levels of employees 61Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken) 61Critical problem solving skills 61Demonstrated ability leveraging a variety of technology to support inquiry resolution (i.e., Case Management and Knowledge Base systems) 61Experience in high volume operational environments is required. 61Experience with Workday is an advantage. 61Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. 61Works collaboratively, is self-motivated and accountable. 61Customer service mindset. 职位要求: Same as Job Description
