Responsible for supporting APAC Payroll & Time COE in the overseeing, managing & administering this function in align with the company’s strategic business objectives. Work closely with respective Country Human Resources, business leaders and Global Payroll &Time COE to ensure it is aligned to regulators’ requirement and support the business goals and objectives of the organization.
The APAC Payroll & Time COE Specialist main tasks/ responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Develop governance of pay policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company standards. * Ensure compliance with local regulations laws related to payroll and time management. * Documentation of all related policies / procedures and ensure they are updated periodically. * Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure the governance of funding process/ budgeting of payroll and time management (OT, time-off) in place. * Support in building relationship with payroll vendor through regular meetings and collaborate closely to maintain service delivery standards, oversee APAC payroll service levels and ensure compliance to local regulations. * Analyze payroll data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy. * Manage and partner with HR/ business to audit time-off requests, including vacation, sick leave, and paid time off, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. * Regional coordinating global projects/M&A related to payroll and time management. * Responsible to update and align standard global Payroll &Time report formats. Requirements
Education (technical and/or commercial)
* Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field required. Job experience
* Minimum of 5 years working experience in HR generalist or Payroll or HR operations… * High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams in English. * Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in multiple projects successfully and simultaneously. * Ability to understand and develop successful partnerships with customers. * High Customer Service orientation. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and follow up. * Excellent attention to details. * Experience in APAC vendor, Country regulation is preferred
