KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
61 Create content of social platforms across various format including video, photo and articles, based on annual campaign roadmap for both school and nursery
61 Develop and keep optimizing content roadmap of Redbook to maximize fan engagement and increase fans, with periodical review of day-to-day operations for actionable learnings
61 Manage communication with both internal and external stakeholders for content development
61 Support and maintain visual content pool including photographs that reflect the ethos of Hiba Shanghai as well as cover annual highlights of the school to enable communication in key platforms
61 Support day-to-day content development, including writing, editing and shooting by self and co-work with external partners
61 Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
BASIC QUALIFICATION
61 Bachelor's degree or above
61 Basic written and spoken English
EXPERIENCE
61 A minimum of 1 year working experience in social content creation and management
EXPERTISE
61 have understanding for social content development, management and daily operations
61 have ability to manage postings and back-end operations of major social platforms especially Wechat and Redbook
61 have basic technical, photographic and video editing skills including camera usage and software familiarity such as Photoshop, Premiere and other related video-editing programmes
